OUR VISION & MISSION
Growth is on the top of the agenda of the East African Community (EAC) as we want to increase our GDP, employment, export and attract more investors and foreign companies to the region…….. and they demand return on invested capital. So what is the best route East African countries or companies can take to achieve it and maximize their impact?

To accelerate economic growth and to create more impact and measurable results in less time, it's our mission to make it easier and quicker for foreign companies and investors to get access to the market. By doing this we believe that the East African Community is able reach it's maximum growth potential as one of the most fast growing economies in the world.


OUR METHOD
The TAIC Growth Accelerator Method offers a holistic and structured approach to answer the critical questions for successful growth. To maximize our impact in East Africa we believe that we need to excel in every step of the growth journey, from creating a clear and shared vision for growth, to identify and delivering the growth.

We identify and analyze the key trade & investment opportunities in the region in a structured, systematic and pragmatic way. This avoids spending lots of resources, time and money on a large portfolio of growth initiatives and lose focus on the ones that truly can make a difference.

For selected opportunities we create market entry strategies, growth roadmaps, investor decks and actionable plans and support both East African companies, Foreign companies, investors and government institutions during the implementation process.

OUR TEAM
We have a very experienced team of business consultants on the ground working closely together with our country representatives around the world and local government institutions such as the investment authorities, associations and other stakeholders in the region.

WARREN RUTANGA
Founder & Business Consultant
A former University lecture, Warren has spent the last 15 years’ marketing Uganda and the East African region. A marketer by birth, he is one of the finest critical thinkers. As the saying goes that Knowledge is power, but an applied knowledge is more powerful, Warren is one of the Ugandans who is more knowledgeable and informed about Africa and applies his knowledge whenever he is marketing African across the world.

JONATHAN NTIMBURA
Founder & Business Consultant
An investor himself in agribusiness sector, Jonathan established the first private state of art agribusiness center in Uganda which skilled many people across the globe including Europe, America and across the African continent. Through his farming journey, Jonathan has been able to meet and interact with many people from all walks of life who needed to invest in Uganda. Single handedly, he has lured, facilitated and supported about 12 investors to invest in Uganda, Democratic Republic of Uganda and Kenya. The founder and Managing Director DADEL Financial services, Jonathan has also been at the forefront of supporting SME’s to access finance.

RUHAKANA J. TAREMWA
Founder & Business Consultant
An Enterprise Development Consultant who has a track record of conducting impactful studies & assessment, providing thoughtful recommendation rather random, and increasing revenue and enhancing productivity of clients. Adept at developing reports for clients that make sense in finding solutions where none seem to be available and assisting customers in finding new clients.
The founder and the Chief Executive Officer for Agro-Tourism Association, Joseph is certified Entrepreneurship Trainer and Business Mentor by International Labour Organization (ILO) of the United Nations with over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship trainings.

FELEX MUSINGUZI
Founder & Business Consultant
Is a seasoned business person whose integrity via business dealings has never been questioned. He is also the founder and Managing Director of Kazinga Tours one of the leading Tours and Travel Companies in globally headquartered in Kampala - Uganda, Africa. Bringing at average of about 800 tourists in Uganda annually, Felix has in the past 20 years brought over 16,000 tourists to Africa especially from Europe and America; these tourists have been able to visit and spend money in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania.

WOUTER LAGENDIJK
Founder, Business Consultant and International Liaison officer
Wouter is an Business Consultant and Concept developer based in Rotterdam the Netherlands who has a track record for increasing revenue and enhancing productivity and developing and designing distinctive concept for his clients. He has more than 20 years of diversified experience in business development, design, innovation and marketing. Wouter is the founder of StarLab Sports Development (www.starlabholding.com) and BRNDMPCT (www.brndmpct.com) an international strategic branding & design agency. He has extensive experience in international business, marketing and sports and has a broad network in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Wouter holds a university degree in Economics and Business Development from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

FEMKE VERMAAS
Marketing, Social media & PR Assistant
Femke has a background in strategic marketing management and online marketing. She is very creative and is able to translate your strategy into a creative concept and a social media campaign like no other. She designs content, photographs, writes texts and thinks along with the team to develop news strategies and concepts to achieve our growth objectives.

COUNTRY REPRESENTATIVES
TAIC East Africa works with Country Representatives across the world. The country representative is an essential professional profile in international cooperation.
As a country representative you represent the TAIC East Africa organization in your country and be responsible for the management of host country relations. Your are build and strengthen strategic partnerships in your country through active networking, advocacy and effective communication with both manufacturers, investors and other parties interested to grow their business in East Africa.
