Coca Cola unveils campaign that will employ thousands in Kenyans
In Kenya, Coca Cola Company is one of the most successful beverage companies. Coca Cola Kenya works with two bottling partners to make drinks and distribute them to the market; Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and Coastal Bottlers. The Coca-Cola system in Kenya has unveiled the Real Magic brand philosophy and platform. The brand that sustains over one million livelihoods and employs 36,800 people in Kenya, invites everyone to celebrate the real magic of humanity.
Green City Kigali Rwanda
After successfully launching construction of Africa’s biggest tech hubs Kigali Innovation City, Rwanda is approaching to a cleaner environment with the Green City project in the capital Kigali. The green city will sit on 620 hectares in Kinyinya Sector, Gasabo district in the city of Kigali and will cost around 5 billion $. The facility will have a system that prevents environmental degradation and air pollution. The Rwanda Green Fund, FONERWA, has been supported by the German Cooperation through KfW to implement this project.
Hoima International Airport
completed by February 2023
Hoima international airport would be Uganda's second international airport, besides Entebbe International Airport. The new airport is expected to facilitate mobilization of equipment for construction of the Uganda Oil Refinery and assist in the development of agriculture and tourism in Uganda's Western Region. The Project is financed 85% by UK Export Finance (UKEF) and 15% by Commercial Source-Standard Chartered bank
